Oak Bookcases
As promised from our workshop here are two hand made, solid oak bookcases heading straight for the showroom.
36” x 24” and 36” x 36” oak bookcases £419 and £495.
The smaller one measures 36” x 24” x 12” and has a light oak stain under our normal satin finish. It has two solid oak adjustable shelves to provide a wide range of spacing options. The shelves are supported on hand turned oak pegs, not hideous, out of place plastic or chrome ones and the back is boarded with ½” thick T & G oak boards. The larger one is basically the same format but 12” wider at 36” and is darker with a Victorian oak stain.
We make a huge variety of bookcases from small alcove units to large assemblies where several cases may stand side by side. The vast majority are made to order and can be made to exactly suit the space you have available. Shelves can be adjustable or built in and styles can be varied to match your requirements.
These two cases are available now in the showroom at Longnor. If you wish to order any items please take into account the waiting time of around 3-4 months.
